It’s designed to handle a variety of projects, whether you need screen door installations, window screen repairs, custom-built screens tailored to your space, or high-quality storm doors. From refreshing existing window screens to adding new features like hinged or retractable screen doors, we are here to deliver solutions that meet your needs and enhance your home’s comfort.

Meet Zack

Hi, I'm Zack, Co-Owner of Caledonia Screen & Doors LLC. My journey in the window and door industry began when my wife, Brittany, and I were expecting our son. At the time, we were navigating some challenges, and it was a pivotal moment that set me on the path to my career. A friend's dad, who owned a glass company in California, took a chance on me. Thanks to his support, I got into the union and began my apprenticeship. Over the last 10 years, I’ve specialized in windows and doors, spending most of that time in California before moving back to Wisconsin, where I completed my apprenticeship and have spent the past six years as a journeyman.

My motivation for starting Caledonia Screen & Doors LLC comes from a desire to help our neighbors with their home projects, big and small. I’ve often thought, “I can fix that,” and I want to provide accessible solutions for people in our community. Oftentimes, when repairs are needed—like fixing a screen—people have to contact larger companies, which can lead to high costs and long wait times. With my mobile trailer, I can offer same-day estimates and installations, ensuring that you receive quick and reliable service at a fair price.

As I embark on this entrepreneurial journey, I’m excited about the opportunity to build personal connections with our clients. I believe that every project should feel tailored to the homeowner’s specific needs. I take the time to understand what you’re looking for, so you can trust that your home is in good hands.

Building relationships within the community is something I’m genuinely looking forward to. I want to be a reliable resource for my neighbors and create a sense of trust through excellent service. Zack brings over 10 years of experience in the window and door industry, consistently delivering outstanding craftsmanship. His dedication to excellence is what drove me to encourage him to branch out and start his own business. We believe everyone deserves reliable service and quality work in their homes.

Fun Facts About Us

Where did you both grow up?

  • Brittany grew up in Tucson, AZ, while Zack started in Grand Terrace, CA, before moving to Racine, WI.

How many kids do you have?

  • We have two wonderful kids: our son, who is 8, and our daughter, who is 6.

    • Our family is rounded out by our two dogs: a Great Dane and a Saint Bernard, along with two playful cats.

Where did you meet?

  • We met in 2015 while working across the street from each other in Tempe, AZ.

Where did the name Caledonia Screen & Doors come from?

  • When we were thinking about a name, we had just moved into Caledonia. The funny story is that when I (Brittany) was little, my dad introduced my sisters and I to a song called "Caledonia" by the Celtic Woman. Growing up in Arizona, I had never heard of Caledonia, WI—until we moved here, and I couldn't believe that’s what the town was called. The name is special to us, so we thought, why not incorporate it into our business?

What are your favorite hobbies or activities?

  • Brittany: A movie buff at heart, I love diving into fantasy romance books, with "Lord of the Rings" being my all-time favorite film. Lately, I’ve been hooked on gaming, especially "Baldur's Gate 3." In the summer, you’ll find me soaking up the sun by the water whenever I can!

  • Zack: I’m all about outdoor adventures! Whether it’s fishing, hunting, BMX riding, or hitting the dirt bike trails, I love being outside and embracing nature.
